I deleted photos by mistake
On iPhone and iPad, open the Photos app → Albums → Recently Deleted: they stay there for 30 days and can be recovered. On Android, what you delete goes, after Android's confirmation, to your gallery's trash, where you can recover it for 30 days; depending on the phone, it's in Google Photos → Trash or in the manufacturer's Gallery → Trash (Criba needs Android 11 or later). Inside Criba, Undo reverts the last decision and the trash lets you restore before confirming.
Criba can't see my photos
On iPhone and iPad, go to Settings → Apps → Criba → Photos and choose Full Access; with Limited Access you'll only see the photos you selected. On Android, open your phone's settings → Apps → Criba → Permissions → Photos and videos and allow access to all photos; if you only allow some, Criba will only see those.
I paid for Pro but the limit is still there
On iPhone and iPad, when the Criba Pro screen appears (on reaching the daily limit), tap Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID you bought with. On Android, go to Criba → Settings → Restore purchases with the same Google account you bought with. If it still doesn't work, email us with your Apple or Google Play receipt.
Cancel the subscription
On iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Criba Pro → Cancel. On Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Criba → Cancel subscription, or go straight to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Cancellation is handled by Apple or Google; Criba can't do it for you. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel.
Request a refund
On iPhone and iPad, refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and are usually resolved within 48 hours. On Android, within the first 48 hours after buying you can request one from Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. After that, email us and we'll look into it.
Redeem a promo code
On iPhone, iPad and Android, in Criba → Settings → Redeem code. On Android this opens Google Play’s redeem screen; when you come back to Criba, Pro turns on by itself (if not, tap Restore purchases).
