I deleted photos by mistake
Open the Photos app → Albums → Recently Deleted. They stay there for 30 days and can be recovered. Inside Criba, Undo reverts the last decision and the trash lets you restore before confirming.
Criba can't see my photos
Go to Settings → Apps → Criba → Photos and choose Full Access. With Limited Access you'll only see the photos you selected.
I paid for Pro but the limit is still there
When the Criba Pro screen appears (on reaching the daily limit), tap Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still doesn't work, email us with your Apple receipt.
Cancel the subscription
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Criba Pro → Cancel. Cancellation is handled by Apple; Criba can't do it for you.
Request a refund
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. They're usually resolved within 48 hours.
